Acceptable Use Policy
NoteWhisper is a private memory, and Whisper Cards are how a single thought leaves it. These rules keep both safe for everyone.
Last updated 23 September 2026
1. What this policy covers
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you do with NoteWhisper, and especially to Whisper Cards and the replies people send to them, because those can be seen by others. NoteWhisper is operated by Fahd Digital Ventures LLC, United Arab Emirates.
2. What is not allowed
Do not use NoteWhisper to create, store or share content that:
- is illegal where you live or where it is shared;
- sexually exploits or endangers children in any way (we report it to the authorities);
- threatens, harasses, bullies or incites hatred or violence against anyone;
- encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders;
- shares someone else's private information, images or recordings without their permission;
- impersonates a person or organisation, or misleads people about who you are;
- contains malware, phishing, spam or scams;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
3. Respect other people
NoteWhisper is for keeping your own thoughts. Do not use it to secretly record other people or conversations, and follow the laws on recording and privacy that apply to you.
4. Respect the Service
Do not:
- try to access other people's accounts or data;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service;
- scrape the Service or access it with automated means we have not provided;
- probe or test our systems for vulnerabilities, except through the responsible disclosure process on our security page;
- get around limits, such as Talk time or sharing controls;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
5. How to report something
Every Whisper Card has a Report option, which goes straight to our review team. You can also write to support@notewhisper.com. Please don't include private recordings or passwords in your report; a link to the card is enough.
6. What we do
When content or behaviour breaks this policy, we may remove shared content, restrict sharing, or suspend or close the account involved, depending on how serious it is. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the relevant authorities. If you think we got a decision wrong, write to support@notewhisper.com and we will review it.
